If you're buying or selling a home in North Carolina, there's a good chance you need a WDI report before closing. We can help you get it done.
Holloman Exterminators provides Wood Destroying Insect (WDI) reports throughout Harnett County and surrounding areas. Our licensed inspectors examine the property for evidence of termites, wood-boring beetles, and other wood-destroying insects and deliver the documentation your lender or transaction requires.

What Is a WDI Report?
Required by Most Mortgage Lenders as Part of the Home Purchase Process
What We Inspect
- All accessible interior and exterior areas of the structure
- The crawl space, foundation, and visible structural wood
- Areas conducive to activity, including moisture issues and wood-to-soil contact
- Evidence of current or past termite activity, wood-boring beetles, and other wood-destroying insects
The completed report documents findings on the official WDI form and is signed by a licensed applicator.
What a WDI Report Covers
A WDI report (also called a termite letter or termite inspection report) is an official document completed by a licensed pest control inspector. It records evidence of wood-destroying insect activity, damage, and conditions conducive to infestation found during the inspection.
Real estate agents and buyers often request them even when not required, because the information matters.

If you need a WDI report on a tight timeline, call us directly. We'll do everything we can to get you scheduled promptly.

When the Report Finds Something
About half of the WDI inspections we complete identify evidence of current or past wood-destroying insect activity. When that happens, we can move directly to treatment. We offer the full range of termite services, including bait station installation, liquid treatments, and termite bonds. So if the inspection turns up a problem, you're already working with the company that can fix it.
